Our 21 day return
policy gives you plenty of time to consider your purchase so you can be sure you
made the right decision
If you are
not satisfied with your purchase, you may return any non-custom item with the
receipt in
its original condition within 21 days of the date of shipment for a 100% refund
or exchange
Upon
receipt and satisfactory inspection of your returned item, Van Dykhuizen Designs
will refund 100% of your purchase price less shipping charges if applicable.
Returns are credited or refunded in the same payment method used to purchase the
merchandise.
Please
note that items special ordered, altered, cut, resized, damaged in any way or
showing signs of wear cannot be accepted for return. Couture collection pieces
are not returnable so please keep this in mind when placing your order.
The Process
To Return
an Item:

Pack the
item along with the original receipt (packing slip) and all other
documentation in a sturdy carton ( the original if possible) and seal with
strong tape. Van Dykhuizen Designs is not responsible for any merchandise
returned in a non-padded envelope or otherwise inadequately packed.

3) Insure
your package. On your shipping invoice, if the price of the item you are
returning is listed as
- Less than $500: you can ship it back via any carrier. Be
sure to ship the item fully insured and request a return receipt for
confirmation that your shipment has reached its destination.
- More than $500: Ship your package via USPostal Service
Registered Mail, insured for the total value of the contents, and request a
return receipt for confirmation that your shipment has reached Van Dykhuizen
Designs. (Fed EX and UPS will not insure merchandise over $500.)
- Customers are responsible for shipping costs on all
returned or exchanged items.
